Our providers accept IL-Medicaid, Blue cross Blue Shiel ,Blue Cross Community, Aetna, Aetna Medicare, Molina & Meridian.

What if I don't have insurance ?

Do you except out of network insurances?

MS Health Care accept out of network insurance.

Do you have a cancelation policy ? 

Yes, we do have a cancellation policy at MS Health Care. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need of care.


In the event of a cancellation or no-show without a 24-hour notice, a fee of $55 may be charged. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to be understanding and accommodating. If you have extenuating circumstances or an emergency that prevents you from giving the required notice, please contact our office, and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.

Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that we can efficiently manage our schedule and provide the best care possible to all our patients. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding regarding this matter.
